Rentals Only

I rented from them for more than 10 years. They were always professional and helpful. I'd have no problem recommending them to my friends.

I have recently moved out of my Earlwood home. I had a wonderful experience with renting through Rentals Only. Our real estate agent Joy was so pleasant to deal with in every situation, she was really approachable and friendly, helpful however she could be. It was a really easy journey renting with Rentals Only, I highly recommend and would definitely rent through this agency again. Thankyou again Joy for being so wonderful!

We really had a bad experience with them. She was good while we where there but when we decided to leave because of the unhealthy condition of the house, she made everything hard for us. Even the things that where there when we came in, she told us to remove or we won't get our bond back. So we have to pay for another removalist for that. Not a good agent, can't recommend to have business with them.

As a tenant this is legitimately the most respectful and kind Real Estate agent you could hope for. I've rented in Sydney for 25 years and Rentals Only are VERY GOOD to their tenants. Examples: I once lost my keys - the agent drove to me ON A SUNDAY and gave me the spares, they schedule inspections on a Saturday so you don't have to miss work, communications are timely and kind and they just really want to look after you and the property. They are the worst real estate in the Sydney all time history . Arrogance and careless to Tennant is really pathetic

I have never felt the need to leave a review with anyone until I came across Rentals Only as this agency is the worst I have had to deal with.I was a tenant from December 2021 to March 2023.During my tenancy, I had reported a few issues including:Fire door seal- reported early 2022 and twice after. Only fixed a year later when I gave in my end of tenancy in March 2023.Gas stove issue- reported March 2022 and still not fixed in March 2023.Other than this, Rentals Only have attempted to get me to pay for a missed fire inspection, while the inspection was scheduled before my tenancy had begun.Most importantly, Rentals Only (Nia in particular) attempts to scare you by using incorrect laws and legislation to get things done her way. As per Fair Trading, we must give access for inspections to prospective tenants in the last 2 weeks/14 days.But Nia attempted to strong arm me to give access 4 weeks before end of lease to prospective tenants stating that I was in the wrong by using made up laws and legislation. This ended up with Nia threatening to use the Master key to gain access into the apartment without my permission and without me at home.If you do end up renting with this terrible company, research your rights as a tenant, as Rentals Only will attempt to take advantage of you.

Many thanks to the team at rentals only for exceptional and professional service in being my real estate agent for the last 4 years. I have rented from rentals only and during this time I have never had a better experience. Now that I am moving out, they have gone above and beyond to help me move. I will always be greatful.
