Called at last minute. The guy waited for me to get up to the store. It was raining, cold & miserable & it was 5minutes until close.The guy happily helped chosing the balloon for my niece & explained to me honestly that the other balloon, small rubber ones, would drop in 3 or so hours.I appreciated his honesty & I appreciated him waiting for me to arrive.I got what I was after & wasn't ripped of by going over board with the other balloons that clearly weren't going to last.Thanks buddy. Sorry I didn't ask his name.
