Wash Pro Carwash & Cafe

Up until last week I would have recommended these guys to anyone in a heartbeat. I was so happy to finally have found a great place and I'd been coming here regularly for the last 18 months or so. Unfortunately, my last visit was a real disappointment. Came in for a polish. The car has a pretty bad paint job and the polish work itself turned out ok. But as I took a closer look when I got home, I discovered they hadn't actually washed the car properly. I found sand, small twigs and dirt still left in numerous crevices all around the outside of the car. This stuff would have come off easily if someone had actually washed the areas with a sponge. The door insteps were really dirty and looked like they hadn't been touched at all. Same with the area around the boot. Lots of dead bugs were still stuck on the front of car and also on the front doors. Again, they came off easily with very gentle scraping. The rims we're still really dirty, as was two of the tires. There was white polish leftover in several areas as well. I spent 40 minutes after coming home having to go over the car and do what the car cleaners didn't bother with. Overall the job felt really sloppy and very disappointing for the $90 price tag. Especially when considering this was on a Tuesday and not even during the weekend rush. Haven't yet decided if I want to give them one last chance for old times sake. Maybe it's weekday staff vs. weekend staff? Maybe it's new management? Used to be great. Such a shame.

WOW ! my only regret is not doing a before and after photo. I have a 12 years old car with really dirty seats , mats etc... The guys at Wash Pro literally made my car look like new again ! I went for the full clean which is about is not cheap but it is the best $170 I have ever spent. the car looks amazing and smells great too.I highly recommend Wash Pro carwash if you want your car cleaned properly.Thanks guys

Paid $60 for an exterior wash and engine bay cleaning. Was pretty pleased with the results. I reckon I'd go there again. Nice guys and quick service.

I decided to give these guys 5 because I got the feeling job was done really good. The guy suggested that I'd go to the upper package priced at 65 instead of 50. I didn't know what to do but I knew the car needs a good clean.. so I took up his suggestion. And it did take longer but the guys just jumped on it and did great work by hand. I think when you always look for cheaper option you also don't let them time to actually do the job. And it's true that a few touches were required for finish but they did it willingly.

Just amazing. The reviews are correct and honest. This car wash is exceptional. My car was extremely dirty after camping and the guys made it look like new.Will come back regularly now.

I brought my car to wash a few weeks ago inside and outside, it was quite dirty with sand and dust reason why I have been charged more. When I picked up the car it was still dirty inside, with sand and durst in all the small spaces and smelling bad... I don't know what they charged me more for... Very disappointed.

Such a friendly bunch of professionals. Service and finish if the car was outstanding.

Paid $150 for a mini detail.Came back after 3hr, they hadn't hovered the boot. The hadn't opened ANY of the compartments in the doors etc,.as they were still full of dust/flutter & sand.I gave them back the car to finish and they did another half hearted job at cleaning what I pointed out. Got home to find more rubbish and dust behind the seats. The glass is smeered, the seats aren't clean and there is dust and sand behind the steering wheel that can be cleaned with a quick hover or basic wipe.Terrible terrible service.
