It's not bad, not much level ground or access to the river but it's free with a flushing dunny and barb-B-Q. Walkers flat general store is a short walk from the campsites with a bottle shop and fuel.

We stayed here for 6 nights in July 2019 in our caravan, was very relaxing..nights spent by the fire, daytime was spent watching the wildlife/birds...There is a general store close by, we hired movies which helped local cfs guys.. beware there is no tv reception mobiles tend to drop in and out, depending on your service. There is one Toilet, cleaned by council.

Beautiful place. Campers are generally quiet and considerate of others. Bins and a flush toilet available, as well as picnic tables and a barbecue. Weekends are busy in warm weather with boats and jet skis. A shop is just up the road if you need anything.

We stayed here for 1 night camping for free. It was gorgeous! Kids loved the makeshift rope swings that were there. The starry night sky looked beautiful and the birds were a treat, although our youngest son had his sausage stolen by a kookaburra LOL Only downside was the toilet wasn’t clean and quite smelly but there is a toilet block 2 mins from campsite near the Walker Flat Corner Store - they have supplies and we had a nice hot breakfast and coffee!! Overall, a great stay and we will be coming back again!

A great little spot, though some steep access to the river depending on the site. Local, well kept, flush toilet and hand basin with hand soap available. All sites are hard packed ground, no grassy areas where camping is allowed. Most sites have a park table and chairs. Nice and clean with bins available. Free access and camping. Pull up, light yourself a fire, listen to the birds, watch the day go by and start relaxing!

Not a bad camp but not many spots for caravans and no level spots also the reeds block 90% of the river access but would be good if you had a boat or kayak. Toilets look clean. There is a general store about 1km up the road.
