This company appears to be in extreme financial trouble. In twenty of years of business, this is the only time where I had to place a call to the police to retrieve a $13,000 piece of equipment, which I dropped off for service. Initially, they tried to give me a totally different machine than the one I dropped off, and then the company accountant"

We use our embroidery machine for 3D caps and have had ongoing issues using our cap frame. It was not until we changed to Embroidery Source to service our machine, that this was finally fixed. Jeff, Justin and Owner Paul had spent many hours investigating, testing and servicing our machine. Whilst our machine was in service, we were able to use their showroom machines to fulfil our orders. We mainly dealt with Jeff who was a perfectionist! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The entire team went above and beyond! Not only were the servicing team brilliant, staff in the store, parts, accounts and reception provided top customer service and tips as well. It was a fantastic customer experience and we will definitely use Embroidery Source (one stop shop) for all our embroidery needs from now on. We are so grateful that our machine is now running smoothly! Thank you so much Embroidery Source team!

At Uniform Me we have been using Embroidery Source since we began over 15 years ago. Vinod has always been helpful with advise around ordering for supplies such as needles, threads and oils. Steven has serviced our machine and it has never run better - he even came in after hours to help set up a direct link and gave us a free instructional on how to oil and maintain the machine. Really surprised me with the care he put into helping us with our equipment.Unbelievable service and will continue to use Embroidery Source for years to come!
