Allied Moving Services have been incredibly helpful to me over the last 3 years, firstly packing up, then storing, then helping me to sort through things and then transporting everything interstate. During every interaction they have been professional, responsive and above all, they cared about our family's situation and went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. I found the staff to be extremely helpful at every stage of the storage process. Mel went out of her way assist me and maintained contact to confirm each detail.The household items were well protected when loaded and after an extended storage period (over 5 years) not one breakage or damage was found.I would highly recommend the company to anyone considering storage of their property.

Allied Moving Services met all of our expectations for moving our furniture. Such a stressful time to pack up and move to a different state.They were professional, caring, affable and listened to all of our concerns.They also organised the transportation of our car. Again, nothing was a problem to have it ready for pickup on a certain date.Reece was the co-ordinator for our moving adventure.He went over and beyond to make this operation run efficiently and we truly can’t thank EVERYONE enough at Allied Moving Services.

I would like share the experience, I have had over the last two years with Allied. Moving from Brisbane Central to Tully where my personal belonging where stored in Cairns then due to some career changes my belonging where then moved to Townsville Depot. As I am a Customer service Manager, I have to say that this company embodies the work professional, helpful and go out of there way to assist the customer. Excellent service. Reasonable and prompt quote. Very reliable. Movers were so quick and professional on the day. Dismantled furniture and packed my bicycle safely for long distance travel. All furniture was reassembled on delivery and was very quick and professional.
