Terrible service!!! kept waiting 4 hours and nobody on the phone, no staff, just a brutal experience. would never use again. 1.5 hours trying to find out where my car had been taken, ONLY except cash, over twice the amount stated on signs.

Company has been towing vehicles from a derelict Oxley business outside of their legislative requirements. They do not wait mandatory 60 minutes to locate vehicle owners and request reciepts when they have no business to release the vehicle. This behaviour is the reason for an industry wide reform and will loose their licence if it persists.

Arguably the worst customer experience Ever. Before I get into my experience I would highly suggest you all steer clear from this Buisness. Josh (Manager) should take a class on customer interaction. Not only was he rude, insensitive and far right insulting. I was informed that I needed $513 CASH to retrieve my vehicle after hours and Josh rudely stated and I quote: “you will need a sum of $513 cash otherwise don’t bother coming“ - I pleaded with him and explained my circumstance and he again stated that cash was the only means of transaction (red flag)! I then gave in and made my way to the yard and waited 45 minutes for a tow truck driver. I asked the worker (who was polite) why they only accepted cash and he shrugged and didn’t know himself. I then proceeded to ask for for a receipt after making payments and and was advised that Josh would email me the receipt. I waited till the next day, called the office and spoke to Josh about the receipt he rudely explained that I to wait until Monday to email the accounts team for my receipt. The Onus is on the Buisness to provide a receipt as per ACCC guidelines: Businesses must always give you a receipt (or similar proof of purchase) for anything over $75! This did not occur !Josh I know you are new to Buisness let me offer some free advice (people cantered care is the forefront of all businesses, focus on that and you’ll see significant improvement on your bottom line. I can see a pattern of customer dissatisfaction from your reviews perhaps you might want to address these concerns.All in all, I wish you all the success in your Buisness and I pray nobody has to experience what I had to yesterday evening. Looking forward to hearing from your accounts team for my receipt. You have 7 days per legislation! Would also encourage you to include an alternative means of payment for after hours not every is comfortable walking around with an excessive amount of cash on them, not only that, this was a very dodgy ordeal! Please read through the review and decipher for yourself whether you want to do business with Josh.

Absolutely appalling. We were told to meet at 7pm to pick up a car. Waited 30 minutes to call and find out no one was sent and they will send the next available person. They arrived at 8pm. Truly pathetic and we weren't the only ones waiting. Plus the concept of CASH ONLY in 2023 is ludicrous and cash only with no change to give even better. Not to mention they asked for well above what it states on their website for retrieval. We will be taking this further legally as this feels fraudulent.

2 hours delayed with arrogance overflowing from their phone-line manager!!!Their drivers are incredible and their pricing is competitive but the trade-off for the lower pricing is their inability to adhere to their pre-arranged bookings (2 hours is a large deviation in my view) and the guy looking after their phone lines is a serial-liar with zero empathy/understanding and negative customer-centric behavior.Would not use them again even at the reduced rates.

Extremely happy with the awesome service provided. My daughter broke down and he took the job even though it was through peak hour at late notice and didn't end up getting to destination until 8 pm. The driver was amazing great attitude and did not change from the excellent quoted price. Top job guys highly recommended.

My car was towed and the sign had $260 minimum call xxxx xxxx. I rang and talked to Pete, he sent the email $513 in cash. Its Saturday and who has cash anymore, I asked why cash and apparently their Eptos dose not work on weekends. I asked why $513 and he his computer sets the price.I believe the reason for cash is they can charge storage rates until you pick your car up (money for mothing).I asked about the sign, Pete blamed the government (didn't say what department), the sign had his phone number on it. Very strange way to do business, you have to ask the question (are they ? from you).

Very hard to communicate, we called the guy before going to get our car and he said to call on arrival and he did not pick up the phone for 45 minutes. He made us wait 45 minutes at the door waiting for him to pick up the phone and then 40 more minutes until he came to open the gates. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
