Adelle is brilliant at getting those stubborn knots out of muscles and helping to minimise muscle stiffness after a big week dancing. She's also very good at loosening fascia that's seized up (my feet needed it). I absolutely recommend Adelle's services.

Highly recommend Repose Massage Therapy, have seen many massage therapist before as I work out 5 days a week and need the tension from sore muscles released and Adele is by far the best ive seen and will not go any were else.Allways recommend her to freinds from the gymAlso love the cupping she does very beneficial and always feel my best after my massages.
