My sons pride and joy was repaired beautifully by the team at Melbourne MPP.Upon picking up his car after the repair and arriving home safely, I was present when my sons phone rang and it was James just checking in to see if he had arrived home safely. Now that is service that goes above and beyond.Hopefully will never need you guys again but if we do, we know where to go.

My insurer sent my car to MPP for fairly extensive repairs after it was hit while parked. Not only did the team at MPP do a fantastic job of the repairs but they also kindly gave my car the deepest clean I think it's ever had (managing to even remove the dog hair from the back seat, which is no mean feat!) They were easy to deal with and even kindly kept the car in storage for several weeks as I was away while it was being repaired. You wouldn't even know the car had any damage. I would definitely return to MPP in future!

James and the team at MPP did an outstanding job on my car after a hit and run and damage to my passenger bumper. Highly professional and great customer service. Also loved the surprise detailing of my car when I went to pick it up!

We’ve had the same car repaired twice by James and his team due to damage from another driver reversing into my car in a car park and another was unattended damage while it was parked at work.James communicated well with us on the status of the car and we received the car back washed and detailed and looking as if it were never damaged both of the times it was repaired. James also fixed up some small marks the first time with the paint he had and this time fixed a headlight that had blown as well.Overall, it’s been a good experience and if we ever need that car or another car repaired we’ll definitely be back.

Insurer sent our car to MPP for damage repairs after being hit whilst parked. James kept us updated with progress of claim at all times. We found James to be always very courteous and friendly. We were again kept up to date with progress of repairs. James even arranged for a larger hire car as we had interstate visitors staying. When we again met James when picked up our car, we found our car to be perfectly repaired and spotless, James even repaired and painted a small dent and stone chip in the bonnet which he did not have to do.We could not recommend James and MPP enough.Thank you so much James for everything.
