The pharmacist mark is the rudest person I've come into contact with. Will not be supporting a business that is run by someone so inconsiderate.

Convenient location, small selection of items, friendly (though starting to get confused) old guy pharmacist owner/operator, a bit pricey, though not extortionate, but it's a little family-owned pharmacy so what do you expect? I've bought a couple of emergency things from here over the years and will continue to go occasionally for convenience.

Been there few times everything is overpriced and the old man is clearly a racist as I went in and stood in the line to get served, he was having a conversation with a caucasian couple in front of me, he was friendly and polite to them till he got to me where his attitude changed immediately from friendly to grumpy in seconds, he said very little and I bought some nail clippers and some small scissors for nearly $40 as I left he muttered something under his breath that was clearly an insult. I left and just never went back to that sh*thole ever

Just give this joint a wide berth. The pharmacist is a condescending old man, that offers useless advice and he barely hides his contempt. The prices here are absolutely insane. There is a discount Chemist chain that offers better value for money AND generic prescription alternatives about 5 minutes away. It's amazing this old relic still operates a business that's customer based.

Super friendly and helpful staff, convenient location when in urgent need of medicine.

Old lady wasn't very nice! I was staying in Crowne Plaza Hotel when some random debris went under my eyelid and couldn't get it out. Ran towards Rosens Pharmacy tearing due to pain and discomfort. While paying for a bottle of Optrex I asked if I could borrow their washroom and was told no you can't go back there"

Would give zero star. Overheard pharmacist and the shop girl laughing about what STIs a customer had, that had just brought antibiotics from them with a prescription -they obviously did not realise anyone was in the shop. When I stepped in and called them out, their attitude was completely dismissive and uncaring. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour! They should be investigated and shut down. Unfortunately it is my local pharmacy, but I will NEVER step foot in that dump again.

The old lady who seemed to be the owner has no work ethics.I took a break from work to get 4 documents certified by the pharmacist. The lady told that the pharmacist is busy and has to make 6 prescription ready. You can either wait or come after some time. My friend and I decided to wait.After 40 minutes of waiting she sent her staff to speak with us. The staff said that the pharmacist won't be available as we got few more prescriptions. You may come after few hours but we can't promise if the pharmacist will be available then.I asked can we call and come? She said it will still depend on how many customers we have when you come in.The way I see it, I was denied with the service, given the least priority. But my complaint is she kept us waiting for 40 minutes.I've been to the shop when this lady was not there as it is close to my work. I didn't have any issues.She didn't have the guts to come and speak with us for the denial of service.

Only to used in a dire situation or an emergency, then you'd have to consider what constitutes an emergency.The old pharmacist is aloof and spoke in a terse, rude fashion. His prices are appalling. A bottle of Duro-Tuss was $20! The exact same product sold at Chemist Warehouse is $9.99.The overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews are spot on!
