They are super fast to fix our phone. When te original black screen was out of stock I opted to just have a white one fitted. But when I picked it up, the black screens were back in stock. He removed the white he'd fitted earlier that morning and put the matching black on. Great service. Nice guy.

My mother-in-law recently made a purchase from Casphone Emerald and due to a set of circumstances, had to request a refund. Dealing with Casphone Emerald and their head office in Brisbane (in particular the Operations Manager), they went above and beyond with their level of attention to customer service. So refreshing to deal with such a professional company with their focus truly on their customers happiness. Highly recommend this shop and company.
