Company bought me a new 8T excavator not even 12 months ago. Was fine for the first 300hrs, then a few problems started to arise. Tried getting in touch with service department and took weeks to get a response. From there machine started having more problems and the service department and salesman seemed impossible to get hold of. Machine broke down 2months ago with only 1000hrs on it and they still have it and can’t tell us when we’ll get it back. Worst machine, service and customer care I’ve dealt with. Definitely would not recommend.

Great service from these guys. Alan is a friendly guy,he gave me good advise and my machine (pressure washer) was repaired in good time for a very reasonable cost.
