Mick and his team are some of the few genuinely trustworthy mechanics left in the penrith area. He looks after my personal car and the vehicles my employer has.He has reasonable rates and honest attitude when it come to explaining his work.Definitely rate this company as one of the best in the area.

Great mechanic! They let me use their courtesy car whilst my car was being serviced. Everything was explained in depth about what needed to be fixed and the corresponding price. They were very friendly and accommodating.

I always find Mick & the GMR team to be courteous, knowledgeable and ready to listen and investigate any issues on my car. I have confidence in the quality and care they take in in their work, and they go the extra mile as part of the service. I've had my car serviced with them regularly for years now and it hasn't missed a beat after they fixed a worn pulley. I rely on my car to travel to work 60km and back each day, so am glad I can trust them to make sure everything is right with my it. I recently brought in my wife's car for some front suspension work and they did an excellent job on that as well. Highly recommended.

GMR provide prompt and professional service, I have taken my classic and everyday vehicles there for maintenance and services. Mick and the team there are highly trained in most kinds of vehicles.I took my BMW there for a service, they cared for it and the cost would of Been half of what I would of been charged by BMW.Highly recommend!

GMR Mechanical Repairs
I met the GMR team 2017 when he helped fix my 2001 RAV4 seatbelt and then continued to be my main mechanic afterwards and trust them with everything car related. The GMR are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Since then I have take my 2017 mustang to them and my mother has had her Audi A5 serviced and fixed there also.Great service, great price and can always get in for a service quickly or to check out a problem within days. Can not recommend the GMR team enough.

Took a vehicle I recently purchased for a service and look over with a known potential issue. Was given a great rundown on my repair options and costs yet wasn't made to feel I needed to have them done straight away like can happen elsewhere. Very friendly staff and was contacted as soon as the ute was ready. Extremely happy with my first experience.

I've been getting my 4WD serviced at GMR for a few years now. I really like that they are motivated to win you as a repeat customer. They're not motivated to just make the most $ out of me in one service. They clearly know their business and I like that I can get log book servicing done, no matter how technical, without risking my warranty from the manufacturer.Thanks for the great service GMR.

Mick from GMR was who I dealt with when booking in my car for a service and rego check. His customer service was outstanding, and he was super friendly. Their communication with me was kind and clear (very helpful for someone like myself who doesn't know much about cars). Mick and the team did great job on the service, and explained in detail all of their costings and checks. I really liked how they were transparent on their pricing for their services! Great work GMR, I'll definitely use them again!

Had my fuel pump replaced, Mick and his team were very professional, communicated throughout the 2 days my car was in the shop, and was very accommodating with price and pick up of car. Quality service experience, would 100% recommend and will definately go back to him in the future. Thanks Mick!
