I placed an order for an inlet manifold gasket, paid and waited. Next day I thought I would contact them to add a water pump and timing belt kit to my order. No response to emails or phone messages to either phone number. I received my gasket ok. I won't deal with them again. Poor service.

Like a few other reviews, I can't complain with Peter. I ordered and paid for express post and he promptly got hold of me via email with multiple options after advising of stock/availability issues. All I did was advise what suited me better and he sorted the rest. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from ToJo again.

I ordered 2 visors from this place. They never arrived. When I called some time later I was told they’re yet to be posted. They were never posted. Be very careful before parting with your money with these guys.

Ripped off. I made purchases 6 weeks ago. The only communication I had from them was that one part was not in stock and it would be replaced with another similar item and that they would reimburse me the difference. I didn’t receive a tracking number after they said it was sent to dispatch. A month out from making the purchase I emailed to enquire the whereabouts of my items with no response. Another email and multiple phone attempts later and I haven’t heard anything. No products or reimbursement. Do not buy through this company!!

Don't ever buy from this outfit. Paid $110 for parts in January that never arrived and had a tracking number that doesn't existAbsolute rip off and i've got to give them one star so you can see this post!

Terrible sales person, should have read the reviews. Currently disputing a purchase where they just did not send anything.

BUYERS BEWARE …..the worst purchasing experience I've ever had.I made a purchase on the 20th Jan online on their website of over $500. After multiple emails and text messages, the first response I received from the seller was on 6th Feb to say he was waiting on parts and it would be sent the next day. I did receive an Aus Post tracker on 7th Feb stating item was awaiting pick up but after that I had no further communication from the seller including a request for a refund or had there been any update from Aus Post.After 30 days had passed since the purchase, I contacted my bank requesting a refund and lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Still no contact from the seller but received a postal tracker from aus post on the 27th feb saying items on way. Item arrived on the 28th feb.All I can say is good luck if you decide to order from this company. I don’t know how it’s still in business, the lack of communication is shocking, only once in 40 days. Who knows if the bank had contacted him regarding a dispute (he’s not contacted me) - I wonder if this motivated him to send the items 21 days later than when he stated………GOOD LUCK, only wish I had seen these reviews before ordering.

I made an order some time ago. I rang the owner last week and asked if my order was ready to go yet, he had advised me that the interior light for my FJ45 was not in stock. I asked if he would send what he had. It arrived today. All bagged into part numbers as per my order.I rang and asked nicely. DO NOT BUY!!!Took our money, didn't post our items, multiple messages & calls and no response at all! I am now taking further action with goods not received from our credit card company. I should've read the reviews first...

Purchase was supposidly sent în two parcels one arrived around a month after purchase and the second never arrived.There is no tracking for the second parcel other than Australia post receiving the number.I contacted the business who state that there was a problem with a run of parts at the time.The owner is now no longer responding.This order was made in December.
