I want to thank Jonesy for her kindness and availability and her advice. I am extremely satisfied with the results of the tattoos I got from her. I got 2 done with 3 weeks in between them. And I'll be going back to my home country with the best souvenirs I could get.

Viv is fantastic! I have recommended him to everyone. He is genuine, professional and experienced. He will treat you with respect and is very patient. I have had my septum, helix, nose, tragus and upper ear lobe pierced. I will never go to anyone else! I have even taken my teenage daughters to Viv to get their first piercings and had an awesome experience. They even went back to get more piercings because they absolutely love him. He genuinely cares about his customers. Thank you Viv!!

The people here and the artists were amazing. They were able to see me quickly and were able to replicate the design I had perfectly.Highly recommend and definitely looking forward to going back and getting some more done.

The staff at impact are some of the best in the business. They don't hold themselfs on a pedestal and work hard to give thier customers what they want 10/10 service and the art is even better if you want to feel like your being looked after and not just another pay check go to impact.

I went there today to get my right nostril done. I had my septum and left nostril pierced prior to ever hearing about this place. If I had known I would’ve gone here instead. Lovely staff and overall such a great environment. 10/10
