POOR SERVICE IN ALL AREAS. DELIVERY ARRIVED DAMAGED. NO CARE OR COMPENSATION. OVERPRICED. LEAVE THIS MOB ALONE!! in response to your reply .. the misinformation was from the secretary at Steeline, NOT MYSELF . Mr Cox was extremely angry about this and yelled at me. I immediately offered to pay for the mistake, and PAID overpriced payment for failed pickup to compensate your time. The floorboards arrived damaged and your Cairns depot confirmed they arrived damaged and had taken photos. When discussed with you, you refused to acknowledge any of the info from Cairns Depot. No I did not abuse your staff but I did express to you personally my disappointment when you failed to acknowledge the floorboards were damaged by your company, and damage evidenced on arrival by your Cairns depot with photographs. I even expressed my intention to leave a Google review. Your borderline slanderous and misleading reply speaks volumes about how you do treat your customers and how far you will go to defend your reputation against an honest 2 line basic one star review which has now turned into a monologue. YES VERY DIFFICULT AND EXPENSIVE INDEED! But thankyou for your kind wishes regarding my future transport requirements.

Graeme and the team are great. Best pricing for anything going up north qld I have found so far. We ship 1-2 tonne skids from SEQ to North QLD and they absolutely smash the pricing of the competition. Never had any issues with them.
