They did a great job on fixing the door closer in my fitness club. Even though I had troubles with it after that, one of the guy still came in and fixed the problem without any extra charge. Excellent service and they know what they're doing. I highly recommend them =)

Are use this company exclusively for any problems I have with locks around my home, they have been out several times over the years, and I always find them very professional and punctual for their appointment, personally I wouldn’t try any other locksmith in Perth

Very rude customer service, after being told to ring them from there online chat, I rung them 2 minutes later and was greeted rudely and told they was closed, and that I had already spoke to them today, even though was my first time calling. Sucks because I’ve had previous good experiences with this company. Will not be returning….

Amazing service - starting with the phone call to the completion of the work. They had a Technician to our house the same day. Very professional and offered solutions to our problems. Service and labour price very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

A young locksmith was sent to rekey our locks. He managed to completely destroy the triple locking mechanism on our screen door and then charged us to partially fix it (we now have only the central lock with the one above and below no longer functioning). All three locks worked perfectly well until he tried to rekey the lock. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't a good one for us.
