Really lovely staff and great service!

Terrible customer experience. They said they would order me a band for my TAGheuer and that they would call me when it had arrived. They never called me so a month after I popped in asking what had happened. The lady, seemingly the manager, spoke to me aggressively that that was not the process. I told her that that was the information I received last time I visited their store. She now got even more angry. I told her she was aggressive and I walked out.

Very helpful and friendly service.

All the old lady’s are rude in here they are obnoxious and think they are better the everyone. The way there service is says why they are never busy

Terrible experience. Older manager was rude and dismissive. Younger attendant tried to be helpful however was so disgusted with manager talking about us infront of us without talking to us

Very disappointing. I had 3 peices of jewellery repaired yesterday. Basic loops and catches replaced. Within 25 minutes of putting my gold and white gold bracelet on it fell off in the park and after 2 hours of frantic searching could not be found. When I went in to the store this morning was greeted with dismay and told I should have had it sent off to be welded. Ridiculous! This business should not advertise on sites repair services. I am so angry with the quality of service and reaction of 'I don't know what I can do ' reaction. As a business owner I accept responsibility for my mistakes. Not them.

Took my Seiko solar divers watch in to be serviced. It had even in the drawer for over a year and after charging in daylight, the second hand was skipping and it was not keeping good time.After paying a $30 initial charge the watch went away to be checked and a quote be made up. $520 was advised to replace the mechanism and a new band. That is about 80% of new so I said no. I didn’t understand why the band needed replacement. On the return to store I went it to collect it. The band was broken. No used seals were provided. I demanded a refund of the $30 as a proper quote to service the watch was not prepared and provided.I doubt if the watch was opened up as it is my experience that on opening seals are replaced and the old ones returned with the watch. I did a bit of investigation on the internet and found the watch can be serviced. Looking at various sites a tip was to pull out the “winder” and charge over twenty four hours. Pulling out the winder stops the movement. Apparently the watch would not recharge while running and needed to be stopped to allow the watch to be recharged. It is now running perfectly and keeping good time. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG AND MECHANISM DID NOT NEED REPLACING. The broken watch band remains a mystery. I do not recommend this store as they are hopeless.
