We were suitably impressed by Craig who was very professional, well mannered with excellent communication skills.He was always on time for meetings and inspections and provided many detailed reports from would be purchasers.Considering the impact of Covid19 and the cautiousness of buyers Craig was very eager and patient with his tireless effort to get leads.We were extremely pleased when he was able to secure a sale and went that extra mile by negotiating with the buyer to increase the price.He is highly recommended as an agent who is friendly, straight forward, honest with a comforting manner and always interested in the clients needs.

We leased our property with Alex from William Huxley and can’t recommend him highly enough - he is affable, knowledgeable of the market, responds promptly and leased the property after 1 inspection. We also found the leasing fees to be more than reasonable and cheaper than many competitors.
