Edit: I called the owner, after receiving the msg he left here from my one star review. He was professional and understanding. I run a business my self, I appreciate him putting his number there and wanting to resolve the situation. So I have changed the review from a 1 one star to 5 stars! He has honored my payment of the 6months and removed the December invoice. I appreciate that.Will be happy to continue my two hires from this company.I just got off the phone with this company’s financial manager (Maria I believe her name is). Who was extremely rude on the phone and spoke over me the entire time even after I let her finish talking and it was my turn to speak. I have two fence hires from this company. I have always asked for 6 months lease extension of my hiring services every time I receive an invoice and once the new invoice gets generated, I would pay it immediately. This has happened for about the last two years. I have done the same again for this January when I received an invoice. Once I received the 6 months lease invoice I paid for it again (on the day, weeks before the actual due date). In the last week I have been harassed by this company to pay for an invoice in December Which I did not receive. I have told them that I already paid for 6 months extension in January which finishes in July this year. I asked for the 6 months lease extension from the date the last 6months lease was finished. But they said they apparently can only extends from January and can’t extends from December. I did advise them that I did not receive the December invoice and if you look at the history in the last two years, if I received it, I would have written back immediately and asked for a 6months extension as what I have been doing for both of my hires over the last two years.I have already paid for 6months, and if you are saying the last 6 months lease expires in December, then just back date the 6months extension to let the new lease finish in June instead of July. She said this isn’t possible, and can’t waive the invoice (but you are not waiving it, I have already paid for 6 months, which is not expired). I found this ridiculous when I have already made the payment. Apparently this is the only person I have to talk to when I asked to speak to the owner. Apparently the owners are not there and I can’t reach them?This is not the first time we had issues with them. In the past, when I got my new fences for the pool, the quotes was given and agreed upon. After they came in and installed the fence, I got another invoice for charging for labour cost for walking over a small hill? This was never spoke to me about, and they know the place where they suppose to place the fence as it already have existing fences from them! It’s not the first time they are at my current property.It’s not about the 80 bucks, but the principle and ridiculous customer service I am getting from this place! I would have given it no stars if I could! Terrible experience ! I am calling for the owners to contact me and have a chat since I do not get passed onto the owners on the phone.

SBS fence were amazing with assisting us with quick and easy temp fencing delivery to a sensitive site. They listened to all our instructions and made the job seamless.We will look forward to using them on every other site also.

I dealt with SBS fencing completely online for the temporary fencing of my build in Colebee, and the entire experience was smooth and easy. Fencing was well positioned and installed very soon after order. I recommend them.

We hired a toilet from them and Bruno, the Team leader was amazing. He was helpful, honest and said what he was going to do. I got SBS fencing for the temporary fencing of my land in Box Hill. The whole experience was smooth and remarkable. Bruno from SBS fencing was absolutely fantastic. He was very helpful!I recommend SBS fencing for your fencing jobs.

Hired fencing for a vacant block. Their driver apparently cant count and noted the wrong number of panels delivered. When they pick up the panels they try to charge for the panels they didn't install. I have photo evidence of the installation that clearly shows that they are wrong but they refuse to accept their mistake. Complete and utter greed. Not recommended.Reported to fair trade.

We rented a self-contained toilet while we had sewer repairs. From initial enquiry to delivery the experience was excellent. Our questions related to positioning and operation were answered quickly and usefully. The whole team from Sales, Admin and Delivery worked well together to make it very easy for me.
