Do not use this company.Owner advised not to drill through waterproof membrane as habitable rooms below, and he agreed to silicone channels instead.However the installers were not briefed or supervised and multiple penetrations were made. Then channels were not silicone sealed so major leaking occurred. Multiple requests for rectification failed and after 6 months no rectification was made. Also installers spilled silicone EVERYWHERE and trod it all over the alfresco. Again no attempt to clean up was made despite multiple complaints over 6 months.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Our new Spa Room is now cosy for the winter months coming and great to be bug free for night spa sessions, thanks Elite PVC, great service and value.

We have not been able to process that far, not even able to get the quote, after so many phone calls and sms. Dean asked me to take a measure and photos and sent him because he was to busy to come. I did, then heard nothing, then called back asking for the quote, then followed up so many time. He said he sent email already - nothing was received, except his brochure. Then finally got him to come over, then again never been able to receive the quote after that. So, basically, customers are treated like rubbish, redundant, the business is too good to have more customers. In the end, I remove his contact and block him from calling, after giving him an opportunity to get back to me and he never did

These guys have been fantastic to deal with. From the initial quote (they were not pushy at all) to installation and most importantly, the pre and post customer service. I have had the bi folds installed for over 2 years and had to get them adjusted. They came out, checked and adjusted the doors and did not charge. Service in my opinion is one of the most important things and these guys nailed it. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolute pleasure to deal with. Dean and his team were very professional from the beginning to end. Nothing was a problem for them to tackle. Dean came up with some very impressive ideas to make out outdoor room perfect that other company’s would have never even thought of. Install team were great and very friendly.
