I am writing to compliment our  exceptional strata manager of over 15 years - Ms Jenny Morrissey of Alldis & Cox.I have nothing but high praise for her and her team as their professionalism, attention, care and response times were just exemplary. In addition to routine strata management commitments, Jenny  also has never hesitated to generously allocate her time between the owners, tenants and other third parties. For example, our building has gone through minor and major renovations over the years and she attended to every  issue raised through these periods with courtesy, knowledge, patience  and respect.She is a delight to deal with! Thank you Jenny!

I’m a Strata Committee Secretary and deal extensively with A&C, usually multiple times a day and many many times a week through email and phone calls. A&C has been our building’s Strata Manager for several year, since before I joined the Strata Committee. They now have a deep and detailed history of all aspects of our building; technical, operations, financial and politics.I deal primarily with Jenny Morrissey, who is our dedicated SM. She is deeply knowledgeable of our building and relevant Strata law. She provides regular good advice and guidance based on her experience managing hundreds of buildings that is invaluable to the Strata Committees deliberations and decision making. She is a regular fixture at all major meetings such as SC meetings, AGMs, Q&A sessions. She is very responsive to queries, regularly answering our more critical after hour requests late at night or weekends. Or with a followup phone call to explain in more details.I also interact regularly with the front desk staff. Emily in particular is a joy to work with. She knows me by voice (i call too often obviously!) and is always sunny, funny and quickly helpful. A pleasure when she picks up the phone.I’ve worked less with other A&C staff but have interacted on multiple occasions with various people, but much less regularly. I’ve found while requests are handled the communication skill and people management skill is sometimes a little lacking, with staff appearing to be over worked, curt and non personable. A more consistent and friendly attitude towards customer relations would go a long way.Over the years A&C has made several errors on our account, as is human nature. But either they have found the errors or quickly corrected if we have found the errors. A slightly better check system in place would help the level of professionalism.The A&C IT system needs a serious upgrade. But the staff works hard to recover from IT outages and get back on track.Overall I’ve found A&C good to work with and where there are areas of improvement it comes from being a smaller ‘mom and pop’ manager, which has the usual trade offs. I’ve worked with multiple SM companies and I don’t find that A&C challenges are any worse than their competitors. And the level of service delivered by my regular contacts, such as Jenny, is outstanding. Thanks for your hard work!

This company manage a friend of mines complex. After moving in and updating her address with them more than 3 times, she was served a summons for unpaid strata fees... they have been posting them to her previous address. This is simply the icing on the cake. They also mismanaged and refused to call emergency plumbers in asap when the apartment above hers sprung a leak and she had a literal waterfall in her kitchen. Never use this company.

We have had previously and most recently exceptional service from Cathy Soden and the gang at Alldis & Cox. We unfortunately running late for a settlement and when we were finally able to have shares transferred Cathy and the gang absolutely went above & beyond to have transfers signed quickly including working late to receive collections. My prior experience with Alldis & Cox has always been the same exceptional service. Professionalism, Knowledge, courtesy, polite and above most nothing is ever too much. Today's society has ensured that we often dont see basic customer service and as such it is absolutely refreshing when dealing with Alldis & Cox. - Shahn Corry - Michael Rogers & Co

Steer well clear of this lot!Rosalie is gone, replaced by Angela. Tenants without power, Strata organise electrician their competency is a whole other review.After settling the Bill directly with the electrician as discussed and sending all the correspondence via email strata then arrange double dipping with rental agent.Angela is tucked away behind the usual deflection when attempting to discuss on the phone!After taking her through the list of emails she finally apologised. Now trying to get the refund processed after this incompetent situation still remains unresolved!...Rosalie is sheer incompetence, ignoring requests to action a quote. After months having to do their job and get the quote regarding a damaged roof on the rental property it still took her weeks to action the work order! Trying to contact her is met with indirection on the main phone number!At times Rosalie sends a quote for an unrelated property to the wrong people! Seriously talk about incompetence!If you use these guys, look elsewhere. We don't manage subcontractors! You should at least manage the communication! And when feedback is shared, listen to it. They ignore emails and survey feedback forms!The useless response is further proof of these muppets not knowing what's going on. Happy to take your money, and deliver upon the lowest standard of service.Recent repairs to roof leaks were not followed up, discussions with the repairer directly were required due to radio silence from strata managers.When these people responded to my initial review they didn't know who I was nor do they actual review the feedback surveys they send out.Rosalie continues to drop the ball, sending wrong financials ahead of meetings and only realising on the day. Tenants get angry waiting for property management to be actioned. Very disappointing, email servers offline for too long. Not recommended at all! Time for a change!
