Excellent customer service. Car ready on time and all functions of car explained before leaving the showroom. Even took the time to pair my phone and ensure everything was working.

Dominelli service leaves a lot to be desired and leaves me thinking they didn't actually perform a service at all. Handed the keys back and said they just finished cleaning it - walked out to find the car dirty and with seat cover and paper floor matt from workshop left in the car. A few days later I got low washer fluid warning, so they didn't check fluids either.

A great experience. Although delivery of my new Puma took a while, Mark kept me updated every step of the way. Handover was very thorough and everybody I met was a pleasure to deal with. Early days but I’m very happy with my new Puma and would recommend the team at Dominelli Ford.

Very happy with the Sales team. Before the sale everything went great, but what really impressed me was the after sales support and response from Benny in the Sales team. Benny kept me up-to-date with delivery status and kept his promises. I'm disappointed with the pre-delivery installation team and service team for poor installation of my safari snorkel and ARB bullbar, however these issues were finally resolved with the assistance of Benny.

Benny was great. Though the car was delayed (a few times - ordered Jan 22 arrived Feb 23), it happens with most cars at the moment, not just Mustangs. Benny kept us up to date with how it was going from slated dates to lock in the build design colour upgrades etc through to when the car started the process of physical manufacture. And once it was built and rolled off the production line I received tracking details to follow it from the USA port all the way to Port Kembla on the ship. I even got to spy the car on the back of the delivery truck whilst it was driving through Sydney to the dealership.On Pick up day Benny followed my instructions about not wanting a plain number plate to be attached but to be handed over so I could exchange them for personalised plates.The Mustang itself is a great car with power to do what's needed from the 5.0ltr engine!!! And more importantly Brembo brakes to stop you fast. The colour Mischievious Purple was a 1 year release and no longer available and looks amazing with setting different colours from different types of lighting environments. No room in the back seats for the kids (teenagers).Benny was great to buy from and highly recommend his services when looking for a new Ford.

Always a fantastic service at Dominelli Ford; the staff were more than happy to personally drop me off and pick me up from the train station so I could commute to work. It’s the small things that make such a difference, offering you a bottle of water for your journey, the personal welcome that you receive on arrival and the friendly and professional staff are the reason why I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles here.
