Miss Fit Pole & Aerial

Absolutely incredible service for the purchase of a lyra hoop. I had always wanted to buy one so I could be on it any hour of the day however I was unsure of where to safely hang it. John took the time to go through the options and offer opinions on different locations to hang the Lyra hoop from. After numerous back and forth conversations and sharing of images of possible locations I was able to purchase my purple Lyra!!

Sarah and John are so great to work with and easy to get equipment from. Their aerial equipment is high quality and their approach to safety is excellent. Hiring hoops from them kept me sane throughout lockdown!

Joined Miss Fit when I turned 40. Most friends say I’m going through mid life crisis, which may be true but in a very positive way. I lost almost 30 kgs prior and would not want to regain the weight. Pole dancing has helped me maintain my weight in a fit manner. I did not have to starve myself again. It had also made me believe in myself, trust my teachers, and classmates…very empowering.

Sarah and John have always been lovely to deal with, whether it's sorting out catchup classes or buying equipment. John was really helpful when I bought knee pads for the first time, bringing me a few sizes to make sure I got the right one! They go above and beyond and are always professional and caring.

I've been dancing at Miss Fit for 2 years and I have never had so much fun and had such a feeling of accomplishment after every class. I have learned to do things I never thought I'd have the strength to do and I am getting stronger and better with every lesson.The Castle Hill studio is beautiful with lots of space and a fantastic atmosphere that really transports you to a fun, relaxing environment. The teachers are wonderful and they are trained to perfection - they know exactly how to instruct each individual to ensure we all improve our performance and grow in strength.I recommend this studio to anyone who is considering trying something new and challenging in a dance class with all the rewards and benefits of a week at the gym!

I did a Pole taster class in October 2021 and have been enthusiastically going back ever since. These classes are SO much fun, the trainer's are lovely and so supportive. I love the way everyone cheers each other on! I've seen my strength and flexibility increase but most of all I'm finding myself fall in love with my body and movement. I am so happy I've found Miss Fit. I'll definitely be trying all of the other classes in the near future to see what else brings me joy in movement. Thank you Miss Fit Castle Hill!

An amazing dance studio that welcomes all stages! I have never experienced so much support and encouragement from teachers and students! It is such an amazing community that has been established at Miss Fit. Highly recommend!

I have been attending miss fit for over a year now for pole lessons and ariel. all the instructors are beyond helpful and nice. always make u feel comfortable and most importantly so fun!!!

I’ve been a regular student at Miss Fit Dance Studio for the past 10 plus years. I’ve grown stronger physically and mentally. I started with pole classes, then took up aerial fitness and now Lyra. Miss Fit caters for all shapes, all sizes and all ages. At 52 years of age I’ve never felt better and I attribute that to the wonderful environment and teachers at Miss Fit Dance Studio. I’ve also made some lifelong friends along the way! Can’t recommend Miss Fit Dance Studio Castle Hill enough!!!!
