this place is horrible. After telling me they can’t do a simple design because it was “too hard”… I decided on getting plain black to save them time and myself money. i am extremely disappointed and angry. the acrylic is way to thick, the Diamontes placed at the bottom of my nails are all of centre. and he still charged me $85. i will be going in tomorrow for a full refund.

lady was very aggressive pulling my arm towards her and pushing it away when she was finished. was not happy with that at all. will not be returning.

Terrible .I misunderstood the price and thought the lady had said $35 for my shellac on my toes and $95 for my daughter infill . I thought $130 was expensive considering I didn’t get a pedicure just a colour and she cut my toe nails lop sided, but I paid it . I said to my daughter $95 for your nails and she said no the man said $60 I couldn’t hear him as i was at the front of the shop.Accidents happen I get that but when I bank transferred the lady who had served me had seen the amount go through and didn’t correct it.That’s just pure deceit

I went to this nail place on tuesday and it’s now thursday and my shellac is now chipping and there is finger prints over the nails like they touched them when they were wet and it’s dried with the prints so i went back today and asked for them to fix it and they wouldn’t fix them all cause it would take to much time for them and it’s to much of a drama they said. they only fixed 4 of the 10 even thought i’ve paid for them and they are terrible, they were so rude and weren’t polite about the situation.

I had such a great experience. My pedicure and acrylics were finished in under 45 min and was exactly what I wanted. Staff were so friendly and attentive. Will absolutely be back!
