Salesman was great and it went down hill from there. 6 weeks no solar. Company did not call back as requested many times. Asked a week ago for information and was told they’d “call back after their meal”. Still nothing. I’m paying for panels that are doing nothing after 6 weeks. Electricity company have said they are still waiting for information from Aus Solar Co.

I had solar installed in May first it was not working said they would be back I had to keep chasing them up no one explained how to monitor the solar power. sales consultant stated they would explain how it operates never happened. Just received power bill higher than last bill with no solar attached. Got a lot cheaper quotes thought we would take more expensive quote as quality??? better now I am wondering why !!!!!!!!! m 19-9-2018 spoke to Joe was going to send a person around to look at system within 2 weeks that was a month ago. Well Joe look forward to a date at office of fair trading I suggest everyone that was ripped off by this company take to office of fair trading. Have been in touch with clean energy council surprise surprise!! not registered with them!!

I had my panels installed 9 months ago, and still not connected to my meter. So I am paying full electricity bill and paying for the panels. So angry. All that is needed is the Electrician details on the form for Origin, and apparently that must be at genius level because Aussolar can't do it. Off to the Ombudsman for me. Don't sign up, much more professional and competent companies out there. Beware

Damage was done to my property at installation in January 2019 it is now September 2019 and Aussolar are avoiding my calls and emails .... the damage means about 1/2 my backyard is unusable and is also a health hazard as now the weather is warming it is a mosquito breeding ground.It is a simple insurance case and consumer affairs agree it is their responsibility and insurers have all agreed the damages were as a result of installation so what is the hold up?

Today I had a new solar panel system installed at my property to replace my old one. All I can say that the whole process was flawless from start to finish. The install team were simply awesome. The removed and hauled away my old system and were very friendly and easy to deal with and always asked questions before installing items. Very happy customer.I have dealt with Joe from Aus Solar Co and his service as been nothing short of spectacular. Explained everything from start to finish so I understood exactly what was happening and went out of his way at all stages to make sure I was satisfied.Highly recommend Aus Solar Co. 10/10

Very quick install and great service from everyone that came in contact with me from the beginning. Sales person was very friendly and also very polite! Happy to see a great reduction in my bill after the first few months :)

They have installed the solar system since June 2018 and just received an electricity bill. There was no Feed in Tariffs in the bill and I had to call up an electricity provider and ask about it, then I was told no paperwork done. A sales rep promised that they do all the paperworks on behalf of me, however nothing gets done and now I have to do everything by myself and on top of that I have to pay the bill without Feed in Tariffs. Having the solar system for more than 1 month does not mean anything and I have also paid the money of installation fee for nothing.I have been tried to reach out a sales and never pick up my call. so unfair and disappoint!!!!! Poor customer service!!

Solar Panels were installed on 2 July 2018. We have been for solar panels since the first week we signed the contract. It has been nearly 3 months, our panels do not generate any power. I have requested to investigate this no response received from anyone. I don't recommend this company at all. I have sent messages to salesperson, call centre people. No one answers my phone. Quality of the service is not acceptable. Our roof tiles were damaged when they installed the panels. Ceiling was damaged by water leak. None of these have been fixed.21/10/2018- updatedI have been following up various people and they were unable to fix the issues I have mentioned above.1. Solar panels do not generate power;2. Our ceiling has not been fixed;3. Carpets were not cleaned;4. No one has contacted us with an update;5. No one has inspected the issue;6. Very awful customer service since the date, we complained.Do not trust these people. DO NOT OBTAIN their service.

I was asked to give a review of the company last month but havent got around to it (having been with them just over a year now), so here it goes.From beginning everything was great. The initial contact with the sales person was delightful from what I can remember and he is still in contact with me now which is great if we were to have questionsThe install team at the time were friendly and very quick at what they did, no messing around there. From what I understand they had a lot more to do that week so they wouldn’t really stop to chat to me when I tried to distract them!The synergy bill is nearly gone which is great but it has gone up a little bit since we changed our routine. I would stay at home to and use everything in the day usually but we have been lazy recently so have seen it reflect in our bill.Only negative thing I could really think of was setting up the App with our WiFi. My husband and I aren’t very good with technology so found it tricky. But with help from our son and the companies logistic team we were able to get it up and running! Maybe something to change for future customers!
