Today coming here has been the most degrading and disrespectful experience to date. After getting my car serviced, a few days later it had started making noises so I asked why after getting my car serviced it had come back to me sounding worse than before the service. I am an understanding person and was happy they would look at it. But the disrespect in the attitude of the male staff was beyond acceptable. After taking a look at my Ute today, when picking up my car I wasn’t spoken to with any kind of care or respect but instead received misogynistic and degrading attitude from Regan and the other male worker beside him. I felt like I had been ganged up against and made to feel like I was in the wrong for getting my car checked with my concerns. My car is under 5 years old and I’ve always taken my car to Mitsubishi but I can say Gatton Mitsubishi is not a friendly place to take your families vehicle!
