Such a beautiful company to buy from! I live in New zealand and there was a problem at the checkout with shipping, I messaged them on Instagram and within 2 minutes they responded and emailed me an invoice. Would definitely shop again

NEVER AGAIN - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Incredibly disappointing customer service. It took 2 follow ups via instagram and email after a week from my initial purchase to find out the status of my order and why it had not shipped.They then sent a shipping notification showing all items had shipped, only to then tell me by email (more than 5 HOURS later!) they oversold an item in my order. Why did it take a week for them to tell me this?Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Never again.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Ordered an item paying extra for express delivery. After 7 days and no package, I left a message and an email but days after doing that, still no response from them. Terrible service. Never again. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Plenty of others sell same/similar items.Too late for an apology and don't want to hear that it's Australia post/delivery company's fault. The fact that there's been no response is what is terrible.

Such a gorgeous shop with so many special gifts and everyday items for babies and kids. The staff are always very helpful and have a great knowledge of the products in store. The click and collect service available has been very speedy as well. I always recommend raspberry lane to friends and family!
