Today, I received the most beautiful posy jar with a stunning flower arrangement. The arrangement is full, bright and colorful - and it absolutely made my day. I have both ordered and received flowers from Lilly and Lotus many times and I have never been disappointed. Thank you so very much for brightening my week!

I have worked with Lilly & Lotus both professionally and personally. As a local professional wedding photographer, I reguarly see the beautiful work by Danielle and her staff right from the start of a wedding day. Firstly enjoying photographing their amazing bridal arrangements, right through to witnessing great on the day event management and beautifully styled wedding receptions. Valentine’s Day had kind of slipped my mind this year due to a busy schedule and so I was somewhat needing to find an ideal gift for my wife. As easy as it is to go to a large department store and buy a gift for the day, I needed the treat to feel special. Looking up locals on the web, I found L&L. Going into the store, I was a little worried as they pretty busy and I thought I might have missed the mark, but they had such a great variety of stock and staff were instantly available to help me with a selection. It was so great to see a range of choices and the ability to make some customisations as well. Just a really friendly bunch of humans working here who have been so helpful. I ordered a basket online for my partner and I was truly amazed at the quality of their products. It was almost identical as shown on their website. It’s a gamble shopping online, never been to their store before and neither am I in the country. I was pleasantly surprised. I’ll definitely order again in the future. I have so much aloha for Michelle & the team at Lilly & Lotus! As Christmas drew near, I was seeking a florist who could create a beautiful arrangement and deliver it in a timely manner to my father-in-law's home but, as I live in Hawaii and am unfamiliar with the local area, I reached out to Lilly & Lotus not only seeking florist service but also general information and guidance. Michelle's prompt and gracious response to my inquiry was so appreciated as I realized I was working under a time crunch with the time difference between the US and AUS and the quickly approaching Christmas holiday. Michelle quickly assured me that an order and delivery was absolutely doable and calmly guided me through the order. Within an hour, my stress was relieved by the amazing service from Lilly & Lotus. My family received a beautiful arrangement and I was left with such a wonderful impression from the excellent service. Mahalo nui loa, Lilly & Lotus, for easing a bit of long-distance stress and worry during the holiday season.

I give L&L a 5 star rating because Danielle and her team are logistical and co-ordination geniuses.I brought my crazy vision of a ‘surprise wedding for the bride’ to them, and they got on board. With a huge amount of discretion, patience and meticulous planning, they fully realised my vision of a surprise wedding. This was all the more incredible due to the fact that my bride works in the local wedding industry so extra secrecy was required.L&L looked after the planning, the styling and decorations, all of the flowers for the bridal bouquet plus the decorative flowers, the event lighting, the paperwork for the nuptials, and not only that but co-ordinated all the different vendors required to pull off the event successfully, including the cake maker, the fireworks technician, the venue and catering - Danielle had it all covered and she didn’t even appear to break a sweat making it happen. Even when things went drastically wrong 9 days out (a vendor suddenly pulled out of her commitment leaving us without the most important item for the bride), Danielle remained calm, suggested solutions and the wheels were back on and rolling within a day.It is no small thing to plan a wedding in complete secrecy, and had they not been involved, I cannot even imagine how much would have gone wrong.Hiring Lily & Lotus was the best money I spent in the entire planning of the event.If you want a silky smooth process with some of the most beautiful decorations and want a no stress event, pay Lily and Lotus to do it all. Does it cost a bit? Yes it does, but it was absolutely worth every last penny.Thanks Danielle, and thank you to everyone from L&L who made the dream a reality.

Hands down the best florist in Rockhampton. I've been buying flowers & gifts for staff and family for years & have always been disappointed with the quality of flowers & choice of gifts in Rockhampton. These guys are really fantastic & I highly recommend them! So grateful I have finally found a florist where the flowers actually ordered online were even more beautiful when delivered.
