Telstra Roma

They do NOT have any replacement parts and WILL NOT get them in, they just send you over to the Roma computer centre, they are not allowed to access TELSTRA gear., but telstra don't tell you that - NOT BLOODY IMPRESSED.

It simply doesn't go lower. Selling aged people notepads that aren't even supposed to be sold in Australia. No offer of compensation, the opposite actually. Wanted to charge the poor lady to have Telstra techs look over it. She's still paying it off and being charged for the sim card as It's a contract according to them

I needed a Sim upgrade and only had a short amount of time to get it done. They were fast & friendly, sorted out the sim & set up my phone in 15 minutes. By far the best Telstra Shop I have been too.

came in 2 weeks ago to pay my phone bill and was appaled by the attitude of some of the staff members. The respect they had for their piers was unprofessional and a terrible display for anyone who walked in the store. I was greeted at the door by a lovely girl who offered to help me straight away, but was very shortly oreruled by another staff member. I had asked her if she was okay, as she looked quite distressed, and she had mentioned that she was a fresh start, and was still learning the systems. My husband went in store two or three days later, and purchased a $2 sim card from the same girl, and had agreed, after talking about our day over the dinner table, that the standard of professionalism needed work. I met my husband 20 years ago when I was employed at safeway in cowra, so I have certainly had some experience in retail. Both times, none of her fellow staff had smiled at her, used their manners, or even let her explain our situation. It was a poor display of true small town spirit, and I would strongly recommend that she gets a fair go. We all start somehwere, and I truly believe this young lady's heart was in the right place. I would certainly hope that this behaviour gets picked up on by management soon, or I will be recommending for everyone to take their business to Toowoomba instead.Was thoroughly disappointed to hear my husband tell me the young girl was next to crying after having a peer hover over her shoulder during their whole exchange.

Worst customer service I have ever seen .... Have you ever heard of customer service .. its not all about you ...you need to treat customers with respect , you jump down their throat then you wonder why people respond to you with hostility ..You need to resign and let some one that actually cares about their customer do the job.

Try to give this place a mild as they are so useless and don't know customer service at all. Can.not even help with simple re request and takes them forever to sort out.

1 star would be no stars if possible.Every where else the phone is $100 cheaper, but they cannot or won't match the price.Again the rural community being ripped off.You can do it through a rebate, but who wants to spend the time and effort.Again telstra treating its customers like dog droppings.
