Our much loved family home was always going to be an interesting one to sell. Sitting atop a steep driveway in Bardwell Valley with expansive city views, the unique mid-century modern home had not been sold since it was built in 1970. Steve and his team mate, Anthony, were delightful to work with. They managed our expectations and kept us up to date with buyer feedback. Steve also listened to our concerns and gave measured and professional advice throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Steve and the team at Raine and Horne Bardwell Park.

We were attending inspection after inspection, and majority of property managers we encountered were disengaged and gave the impression they didn't want to be there. I attended an inspection that both Alex and Nick were managing, and they were friendly, engaging and professional. Alex was helpful and called first thing Monday morning to advise that unfortunately we missed out on the approval but he wanted to help us find another property and that the relationship didn't end there. I was impressed with Alex's level of professionalism and the personal approach he had, so we ended up engaging R&H to manage our own investment property. Alex, Nick, Michael and David have all been awesome to deal with and we are really happy with our decision. Steve and the rest of the team from Raine and Horne, Bardwell Park (including Tony) did a fantastic job selling our family home in Bardwell Valley. He achieved a price we were very happy with despite challenges with the increasing interest rate environment. He is a real professional, keeps very calm, was always available and displays the highest ethical standards in his dealings both with us, the sellers, as well as potential purchasers. His recommended photographer, cleaners etc also did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone looking to sell their home.

The staff at Raine & Horne Bardwell Park, especially Michael K and Alex I are the people you should rely on. They are prompt with responses. Very active in their duties to assist and answer questions and they are always available for support. It is rare these days to find people who enjoy doing their job. Michael and Alex are the epitome of excellence when it comes to Property Management, Leasing, and Sales. I have only known them for a short time and I, having extremely high standards am delightfully impressed by your nature, professionalism, and manner. Highly recommended.

Selling a house is such a daunting exercise. Compounded by the changing market. My anxieties were curbed time and time again with Theo and Braeden's calm, professional and transparent approach. They set clear expectations, over communicated and was there every step of the way.Theo is a true expert - his experience and knowledge of the area and market prevailed in the sale of our apartment. I cannot put into words how good Alex is. I would not let anyone else rent my house, from getting my pictures virtually styled, to the amazing communication at all hours of the day, to the time and effort put into the ad he is amazing. He calls you after every open home or give you a real time update on how many parties attended etc. If your in the area and want your property rented by someone who loves what they do and goes the extra mile then Alex is your man. I have been a tenant with Raine and Horne Bardwell park for 4 years. In that time they have been the most considerate and responsive agents. I have always felt really well taken care of by them. Recently I had to leave the property due to its sale. During the whole process the agents were very kind and supportive including the sales team. My property manager Michelle really went above and beyond during this time, trying to find me a new rental and advocating for me with the new owner.
