I’ve been seeing Rod for years now. Hands down the best there is around. Friendly, helpful and informative. Fixes me up every time. I will happily drive 1.5 hour round trip to see him :)He is the best.

Rod should call himself Dumbledore, the guy is an absolute wizard. I was broken and not squatting or deadlifting without pain for at least two months until I physically couldn't anymore. And then rod just waves his hands and gives me some exercises and I start noticing improvements immediately
