The service provided by Toyota Parts is extremely poor. The parts are expensive, the waiting time is long, and there is no guarantee that the problem will be fixed. I strongly advise against buying a Toyota vehicle.

Toyota Parts
The person behind the counter obviously thought a women would know about cars and fuses. Refused to sell me a fuse to fix a 4wd light that wouldn't go out on the dash. Had it fixed today at local automotive garage for $10 and yes it just needed a fuse!!
