Received an unsolicited telephone call from Lee regarding a property sold in my street. I did not provide my details to the company and apparently was in their database. I would be interested to know the data source for their ""database" as it wasn't provided to them by me. He also phoned my partner numerous times. He is listed as a nuisance caller on Number Lookup website. I would strongly suggest Belle Property review their business processes and remove this practice."

Mark Watkins wasn't the worst agent we dealt with, was a nice guy however he was either really bad at his job or doing something dodgy.We tried to contact him multiple times and he never called back or answered, emailed him with multiple questions and he would respond with irrelevant information and ignore our questions.We tried to see if we could put in multiple offers for a property but he ignored us so we put one in, he emailed us 4 days later to say we were unsuccessful and someone elses bid had been accepted.We then came to find the property had been sold for 8k more than what we offered, if Mark had done his job properly we would've had paid 30-40k more then what the property was sold for.We are grateful though as it was the first property we looked at and we ended up finding a better one.But i do wonder whether he is incompetent or if he was helping someone get a good deal on the property, and if he was i feel sorry for the vendors as they lost out on alot of money.
