Have never joined a gym or done any form of exercise first ever gym I joined and man I'm sooo happy it was. I needed help with everything from form, technique, fitness, cardio and strength and all these areas I have seen improvement. Coach Brett is your go to you will not be disappointed.

I Never would have thought Id join a CrossFit gym at all, I was always too nervous to do it and I always thought it was cool to watch. Since joining Brett and the crew have made me feel welcomed, have taught me a lot of New techniques and working on my form for different exercises. They are all a great bunch of people and are very supportive of everyone.

I started off with a two week trial membership and signed up permanently after two classes! The gym facilities are excellent and clean. The atmosphere is great, everyone is welcoming and encouraging no matter the fitness level. Brett is very knowledgeable and has taught me technique as well as the importance of stretching and how to look after your body whilst training and thereafter. I look forward to my journey at Crossfit Health Creation!

Love the crew at this CrossFit box. Everyone is friendly and they encourage you to go past your best, surprising yourself everyday. Brett the coach teaching style has improved my movements so much in such a small amount of time.
