I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. ONE HOUR later (Yep, 35 minutes late) my order was ready, complete with burnt garlic cheese pizza.The staff told me my order was in the oven when I got there, yet I still had to wait 35 minutes. So they either lied or are incompetent.I asked several times on the status of my order. One lady walked out the back and did not return with an answer.The man who gave me my pizza finally, did not apologise, until I told him that more than double the estimated wait was not good enough, and I should have been told how long it would take when I arrived.Slow, rude, and bad food. 0/10 would not recommend.Oh and by the way, I sent an email addressing this to the pizza capers feedback address, but after 2 weeks with no response, I've decided to review.

Nothing matches with the menu.. inferno range showing on there pamphlets.. tried to ordered them but they dont have it. My margarita pizza had crust deformation

ordered pizza for delivery at 6pm my money was debited straight away. at 620 i finally phoned to ask where my pizza is and was told it was a glitch in the system and this happens sometimes! i had to send a screen shot of my order. no apology no offer of a voucher , just rude and continually saying it is not her fault and i said well whose fault is it them cause it isn’t mine!!! i am the customer. such bad customer service ! and then we finally got the pizzas that we drive to get …. worst pizza ever! i will never buy from pizza capers again and i will never recommend them to anyone .

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered a gluten free pizza at 4pm for a 7:30pm delivery as I would be getting home too late to cook. It was delivered just after 8pm which is a little annoying as they had plenty of notice but I’ve come to expect that from this shop and am willing to ignore it.Opened the pizza box to see that it was the entirely wrong pizza. Toppings were not even close to what I ordered and it wasn’t on a gluten free base, so even if I wanted to I couldn’t eat it. I tried calling them multiple times and left a voicemail to try and get the correct pizza sent out but never heard back.I of course had to order food from somewhere else and have just been robbed of my $40 (ridiculously overpriced pizza btw).I have emailed twice now to request a refund with no response. Absolutely disgusting customer service, and far too expensive to make it worth my whole ever dealing with them again.

Have had multiple problems with this store from having burnt pizza and bread then thisOrdered a pizza with a base sauce of sweet soy only to receive no base sauce and it’s completely dry and inedible.Then to be told over an hour wait to replace it ( I guess it doesn’t matter once they get your money) And then the person on the phone hangs up and won’t answer the calls and they won’t give a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service. I won’t be going back.

My order showed up, guacamole plastic container had been dropped on the road and smashed. Driver apologised for dropping it and warned me of the leaking contents. Pizza was OK as long as you don't like eating the last 4cms of each slice as there was no ingredient to the crust. Ordered the Mexican, nor sure where the corn chips ended up bur were missing, perhaps they were on the road too.Very rarely order any takeaway and this experience has confirmed why!Get your act together!
