I am in the process of purchasing a business through Craig at this moment.The service has been amazing and he never falters with his help and advice. Craig goes above and beyond to make the purchase so much easier for the client.I thoroughly recommend Broadwalk Business Brokers 100%.

At the economy end of business sales, we did not expect Gold Plated service, but we did feel we were entitled to some service. We had one introduction of a prospective buyer several weeks after listing, then minimal follow up. After this.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The listing we received on their website was amateur at best and did nothing whatsoever to entice a prospective buyer. Not only was it difficult to find and not as widely listed as promised, it also contained factual and typographic errors. Despite submitting numerous commercial quality images of various aspects of our business, the 'lead' image was a stock shot, that served only to diminish the attributes of our business. Communication with this business is like pulling teeth. Leave numerous messages over several weeks and get silence in return. Have a meeting with the Principals of the company and secure an agreement for an acceptable level of communication and professionalism from them, then have it promptly ignored the moment the meeting was over.In summary, there is NOTHING commendable about this business and I would NOT RECOMMEND it's products or services to anyone. If they were as good at providing the promised service as they are at taking your money, I would not be writing this review.***This review is not 'sour grapes' because our business has not sold. It is a commentary on their lack of professionalism and non existent communication skills.***

Craig was professional and resilient in managing the closure of what was not a simple deal over an extended period of time. He made sure that the communications lines were always kept open and that the parties kept talking. There was more than one instance where it could have gone off the rails but Craig adeptly kept it on track and brought it to conclusion. As the buyer of the business I think that Craig did a great job managing the outcome for both the seller and the buyer. As either a buyer or a seller I would happily engage with Craig again in the future.
