Would highly recommend doors plus for your door purchase and installation-Vik was a great salesman and directed us to the best doors for our wants and needs. We appreciated his humour and jokes which made the process more fun-Duk is a master of the trade and installed them to perfection despite us having a very old building with an odd door frame shape. He also had many good stories to share with us and overall is a very kind and giving man

We have replaced several doors in our townhouse with Doors Plus St Peters store and very happy with the showroom doors choices, great selection to choose from, lovely customer service and great, prompt and professional installation service. Very pleased with the service from Ricky at the St Peter's Store. Organised our white painted inside door. Kept us updated. Duc our installer was fantastic & gave us a time frame for when he would arrive. Very pleasant & did a great job. Would highly recommend Doors Plus.

We went in there to look for something totally different and ended up buying some stacker doors with security flyscreens as well.Dennis from there went out of his way to help us. He found a great set on special and even came over to our house that day after work to check the measurements because he was worried that the one we had chosen may not fit. Luckily it did.Dennis kept in contact with us throughout the process and facilitated the whole thing. The install was very easy and the doors have totally transformed our place. The product is great and the price was as well.We have had a couple of little issues (not worth even mentioning) and Dennis has arranged for people to come the following day to fix them.Highly recommend Dennis and Doors Plus St. Peters. I would not hesitate to use them again.

So much fuss! The installer was great and the doors look good but the whole process was painful. An install was booked but they turned up with the wrong doors, no one called to apologise or rebook and when I did finally speak with someone they said they were really busy and we’d have to wait another two weeks. No one contacted us the day before the second installation date to confirm they were coming or to let us know when they would arrive so I had to make another two phone calls to chase it up and to my surprise someone was able to come. They came with three correct doors but only two door handles but luckily the installer was on the ball and arranged to have another sent separately. I’m happy with the end products but would not recommend or use again. The fact I was emailed and asked to write a “positive review” demonstrates a complete the lack of awareness of what customers value in a good service. Might be time to change the motto…

VERY SATISFIEDI am giving Doors Plus a five star rating due to the outstanding service provided by their Customer Satisfaction Manager, Peter Kassis. Peter appeared out of nowhere to fix a problem with my order and then went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied with his service recovery. Peter’s focus on the customer experience is amazing and I cannot commend him highly enough.

Great service and very helpful on assisting me with choosing the right door for my bedroom. The installation was handled by a very efficient and friendly guy. Highly recommended business and I will return here for sure for any further new door purchases and installations.

Purchased several solid core doors from Ivan at St Peters. Very easy experience. Customer service rang next day to arrange installation date. Installer was first rate - very polite, tidy and very good at installing the doors. I'm a perfectionist and can't fault them. Very pleased with the whole process and definitely lived up to the No Fuss" tagline."

I bought a bi-food door, the door is not hinged has no predrilled holes for placing top or bottom rails so is essentially two panels with the bits to drill all the other doors I compared had all the fixing in place and certainly this was not explained by the sales person at Alexandria. I am amazed it is such poor quality as I thought Doors Plus was meant to provide better. The pricing was more expensive than their competitors but I thought I was dealing with a company where the standard would be better
