Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. One leady served me respectfully and she solved my problem but other other two people was unbearable...."

Terrible, the old lady is very rude and don’t want to work, at 4.50 pm said they can’t do the job as they are closing, try Greenvale post instead

I went there to take pictures of my 15 month old baby for his passport application. But after 1 times try the staff gave up. She said that she can't do it anymore. Less than 5 minutes wait. Next day went to Dallas post office, They were so professional and make it easy for my baby to take the picture. Only 1 times trying. So grateful.

The staff who work at Aus post Broadmeadows should be performance managed out. They are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. They don’t understand the basic concept of customer service.Not sure how Aus post allow to them to trade under their entity as it is such a poor reflection of services and causes really bad brand damage.

The ladies at the registers are always very lovely when I go into this Aus post.

Very unprofessional staff. Called yesterday and today and both the time, staff was rude on the phone and not willing to provide any information. Staff named JUDY was very rude and didn’t let me speak at all. She asked me for address and when I was providing the address she then said “your name” and I stopped her and advised her if she needs me do repeat then more than happy to do so but does not have to yell at me! She then goes and says do you want me to check for you or not ( as if she was doing a great favor to me, even though she was getting paid to do that). I asked for the manger and she just hung up on me. Not even worth one star. AU post needs to employ people with more better customer services.Update - went to get the parcel. Firstly they haven’t even updated the status. The parcel has been lying at the back for a week and no call or notification provided. In the app it says in transit when it was at the post office and ready to be sent back today if i had not collected it. How unprofessional, they don’t call when they deliver. They don’t update the status of the parcel location. When called the office, staffs were rude on phone and talked to manager about the issue and manager has no idea what’s going on and blames all call goes to head office,( well if the call goes to head office why did the staff give site manager’s name ?)Would definitely not recommend

I’ve never had a welcoming experience in this store. A few times I’ve had to mail parcels internationally, the staff was unfriendly, condescending and arrogant to me. A few days ago, I was served by a middle age lady of south Asian descent. I walked up to the counter asking for an ems slip and she asked me where was the parcel going to and then proceed to tell me the most expensive express postage price. I questioned her and then she told me there was also standard which will take a longer time.So I was like fine, I will proceed with that since the parcel receiver is not in a hurry and she was taken aback as if like I was just there to be annoying and make her life miserable. She gave me the slip and I filled it in and went back to the counter. She then charged me the express postage price without even asking me? I was like no I just wanted the standard postage. So she had to do a refund and all that jazz on the computer with a long face. After I have paid finally, she just said ‘that is all’. No bye no thank you. Please give a big clap to this lady!

If I could give 0 stars I would after attempting to pick up a package we were denied because of ID even tho we used the same ID 2 weeks ago for a similar package the manager was rude, yelled and swore at us denying us ever picking any packages up from there security was called as we did not want to leave without our package the manager than would not answer or speak to the supervisor of their team when we contacted them if you can avoid this post office definitely do

Why they can’t hire young people to work in here. Old and lazy staff. Extremely rude to customers

The staffs are helpful, often willing to elaborate on detailed information with genuine treatments to its customers. It’s crucial, especially for those who are first time customer or user of the service.The outlet is clean, bright, and well located. Items are mostly always readily available.ID photo service also comes in handy.
