I have been a keen attendee for over 2 years. Love the music, movement and the crowd that attend. Its like a Latin dance party without alcohol or need for the right outfit. Fun and friendly - a great break in the week's routines. Oh, and its not just for the young or experienced!

I have been attending Zumba 4u classes at Abbotsford for over 4 years, it is a great way to exercise while having fun. I really enjoy the music and routines, having different instructors Wednesday and Saturday also gives you variety. It is easy to follow, the instructors are great fun and we have a lot of laughs. I also attend classes at Croydon.

Truly an amazing class to go to every Wednesday. Alfonso is truly an amazing instructor to follow and I recommend this class to anyone that is looking for a fun workout and with a spice of challenge.

I enjoy coming here every week! Such a great environment, and recommend this zumba class for all ages! Instructors are so nice, and fun to be with. They are easy to follow and incorporate zumba skills for all levels. I love being able to work out and have fun at the same time, makes exercising a lot more enjoyable, especially when you're taking classes with Zumba4u.Monica
