Masterful Alterations

Extremely unreliable with opening hoursI have attempted to pick up my $1,660 dress every day this week with no success.I call ahead everyone time and let them know I’m coming and what time. No one has been there the past week on opening or closing, morning or afternoon.It is extremely frustrating as I had an event on tonight that I needed the dress for and I couldn’t wear the dress because they weren’t open when they said they would be.I cannot comment on their alteration work, as I’m still unable to get my piece, however I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve had to leave work early, gym early and fight peak hour traffic to get my dress multiple times with no success. I’m not sure what more I can do as there is no after office hours phone number or voice message system. Will not be using again.

The couple here are so good. I needed my uniform taken in, up, needed elastic put in plus dry cleaned and it was all done and ready by the next day. Sometimes on the very same day. Great quality as well. The prices are up there but what you pay for is quick and quality service. Highly recommend.

Convenient clothing alteration service within the South Wharf DFO. Most retailers will do in-house alterations but usually take a few days whereas this place can do it same day. I went on a very quiet mid week morning and waited just under an hour. They can take up to four hours when busy so you should check first as the parking at DFO is astronomically expensive!! $23 for men's pants leg adjustment.It's a bit tricky to find as its actually outside the complex - on the ground floor quite close to the car park entrance.

Had about 6 pairs of pants tailored here. Fantastic results and service. The lady who works there is very kind and professional. Highly recommend.

Had my partner's formal pants altered here (as recommended by Peter Jackson), the tailor ruined the pants, and when my partner said it didn't fit him well, the tailor said you shouldn't wear your pants high up, pull it down a little.Well in my opinion, the tailor is supposed to adjust the pants according to the needs of a person, if we wanted it to be uncomfortable we wouldn't have it altered in the first place.
