I had 3 colours to colour match, 1 litre, and two 2 litres,The guy kept me waiting and waiting while serving other customers, more than 5 customers, i had to wait more than one hour until he was free, what is annoying that i came first and he kept me waiting so that he serves other customers, cause he was alone and when i said why? He says colour match comes second! The worst customer service ever.

Don’t bother looking at their opening hours. I just rang to confirm they were still open, and was told they’d be open for another 30 minutes. I told the guy that I was on my way, and he said he’d be closing up soon. Not a problem! I’d only be quick, we were looking for some advice on a spray gun. We turned up to the shop, and the guy has LOCKED UP EARLY, despite the fact that he knew I was a couple of minutes away. How am I meant to trust the advice of someone who can’t even keep his shop open, or have the decency to warn me that he was leaving early?? Thank you very much for the inconvenience. This was just pure laziness on his part

Fantastic service. They guys there are knowledgeable and experienced in their trade. Know what they are talking about. And on a Friday they have pie day Friday. Or just grab a coffee.

Rachna at the Woolloongabba store was absolutely through, had extensive knowledge about colours and actually resolved our query and helped us decide on the internal wall colours and provided sufficient guidance to even choose the facade rendering colour and the feature brick and so on. God bless!!

Staff not only disengage, but rude and gave incorrect advice twice, and only sort 'factual' information when I challenged the response - it's a paint shop, the staff should know 'rough' coverage rates/percentages and differences for roller verses spray gun applications, rather than stating 'well you're no a professional painter'... hopefully I won't have to go back to this store again - and it's a shame as previous service and attitudes have been great.
