Totally unprofessional service by Juma (JM Tiling). He accepted the job at the price he asked for. He is supposed to do the job but left the job to in-experienced tiler and gone to a big job. His response is that he is busy and have a big project going on. His attitude towards our job was pathetic and was arrogant in his dealing. Made a mistake using his service. Not recommending him.

Had JM Tiling and Stone lay floor tiles in the hallway, dining and family room. They ended up pulling up the old carpet and after a fair bit of concrete grinding and filling in the low spots.They did a fantastic job laying the tiles, I can't fault their workmanship and that's saying something as I'm very fussy. Juma kept me informed all the way through the job which was great.I can highly recommend this company for all your tiling requirements, I look forward to getting them out again for a stone feature wall soon. Great work boys.

Juma conducts himself in a very professional manner. Craftsmanship is second to none and his work speaks for itself. Did my bathroom/toilet, kitchen and laundry tiles and couldn’t be more happy with the end result. Would recommend and use again

We called Juma after having a poor interaction with another business. Juma made time to come out the same day and we found him to be extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Juma made some great suggestions to our plans for a bathroom renovation.Throughout the time Juma spent at our house, he was always respectful, on time and kept us informed every step of the way. Juma's team are also brilliant and it was a pleasure to have their expertise to complete our new bathroom.We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Juma to everyone we know.Thank you Juma and team for being so professional and delivering high quality work.

Can’t recommend Juma and his brother enough, recently completed tiling our outdoor alfresco area, and it looks fantastic!The concrete area needed some levelling first and although he wasn’t the cheapest quote I got, the fact he came out to inspect the site the day I enquired and the level of confidence I got speaking to him made it an easy choice to go with them.Always punctual and unfortunately due to some supplier shortages with my stone I had to keep moving the dates around, but juma was always accomodating which I’m grateful for and the end result looks amazing!
