Caulfield Veterinary Hospital

We had such a wonderful experience with the Vets at this clinic. They cared so much about our cats health and we felt completely supported to ensure our cat was on the road to recovery. We will continue to go here.

We have been coming to Caulfield vets for nearly 4 years, we have always had a positive experience with our 2 cats. All the staff are very kind and you can tell they really care, our cats have had the best treatment here. The receptionists are absolutely lovely and have given us good advice over the phone when we call.Couldn’t recommend them more :)

The Team here are honestly one of the best I've experienced. They're incredibly passionate about the well-being of their customers and we'll miss having them as our local vets. I can strongly recommend them for anyone.

I have read the reviews below and my wife and I strongly disagree with some of the comments and opinions regarding vet Janine. I have been a long standing client of 40 plus years with dogs and cats. I lived on the Mornington Peninsula and north east Victoria for a considerable time and I would always travel to Janine if I had an animal problem that needed an outcome that I could trust. Janine would always give me advice that I was confident with. Janine’s ability to assess and treat the problem was very professional and on all occasions she resolved the problem with a positive outcome. Janine’s due diligence and follow up was outstanding. Janine would always follow up with a phone call to ensure that everything was OK after treatment or if we needed further advice. We really appreciated these calls. Because we found Janine so skillful, thorough and professional, my wife who is a dog and cat groomer has referred numerous cat and dog problems to Janine with a 100% positive result. Janine has always resolved our dog and cat problems and now we travel from Warrnambool.

First visit with Frank and Charlie our two pups was great. Service is fantastic, with the team being extremely helpful and informative. Even a follow up call to see how the fur babies were doing after their vaccination.

Edited to add: They have been my dog’s vet now for a year and I have only good things to say about the whole staff. I’ve have to visit several times and they always do what’s best for him and never push any sales on us. My dog has recovered quickly every single time and loves going there. They are also very helpful over the phone and answer my numerous questions.We’ve moved away since but keep going there because of how perfect they are.The staff is very helpful and caring. I went there with a dog I was dog sitting and they called his regular hospital to get a complete history, we’re brilliant with his treatment, and called me back a week later to check on how he was doing even though they knew he won’t go back to them as he lives far away. I’ve been asking everyone I know to go there when needed. Good luck!

Has been well over five years since I first started taking my cat here. Love the attention to detail, love the old and charming vibe of the clinic, love how much they remember about eowyn every time I bring her in! Couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly to anyone

Highly recommend this lovely vet! They are friendly and professional:)My girl Felicity’s left eye was suddenly a bit cloudy, I was concerned and booked a last-minute appointment. We were transferred from Toorak Rd Vet to here and met Dr Adele. Thanks for all your help and calling back to check. She’s fully recovered fast.

Very happy with how my dog was looked after and how I was kept upto date with his progress and care. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although my dog can be anxious at the vets, the staff here made him relaxed and gained his trust.

We had a truly awful experience with our sweet kitten becoming unwell. Dr. Jana treated us with such kindness and compassion. We will never forget the professionalism and support we felt and hope to make this our vet clinic for ever now
