Terrific customer service. Our item was on back order and then got delayed in customs, but the staff did a great job of keeping us proactively informed.The only thing preventing a 5 star rating was the packing. All the items were loose in the box. There were no fillers. Everything looks OK, so hopefully no dramas when it comes to wiring them up.

Best customer service, highly recommended - I’m a very indecisive person in terms of choosing the right light fitting for our house. We had exchanged some light fittings 3 times to diffident colours or designs. The staff at the warehouse were so helpful, they gave us a lot professional advises and made the exchange process so smoothly. Thank you so much for the patience and helpful advises :)

Showroom looks nice, that’s about where the good part ends. Once they take your money, the after sales staff are rude, and their lights are of rubbish quality that break after a year. Then they brush their hands of you. They also claim warranty starts from date of order placement not receipt, be careful if you buy from Lucretia, you are wasting your money

Brilliant service. Had an issue with some cracked glass balls used for newly purchased beautiful pendant and Steve from Lucretia handled amazingly well. He even personally dropped of the replacements to my door at 7.30pm. What a legend!!

Friendly and professional. Given really good advise. Good quality of pendants. The only problem is the waiting for pendants took forever. We waited for 141 days before we got our pendants. Otherwise good experinece with Lucretia. Thank you Vivienne and team for the help
