PRP Diagnostic Imaging Tuggerah

Had a appointment in July sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour, when I went back to the desk they told me there was no one there to do a heart monitor, had to go back the next day, for the inconvenience they did not charge me. Today I called in to make a appointment and was given one for this afternoon, with the receptionist writing the time and date on my form, when I went this afternoon for the appointment was told it was on Friday in 2 days time. Very poor management and very inconvenient for a full time worker

Have wasted a large portion of my day waiting for my appointment - almost an hour sitting here waiting. No apology from any of the staff, or explanation for the looooooong delay. I just need a monitor taken off should only be a 15 minute process...

Fanastic Staff and Dr there, I went to have a Heart Scan today 15.02.23 and been a little phobia of needles they were all fanastic and caring explaining it all to me well, even when I did go down hill from the Anxiety of the needle the outstanding care given by the Drs and Nurses and the Technicians and re assurance was fanastic. Highly Recommend them.

Today (Fri 21 Aug) I had an urgent CT as required by my surgeon on Thu 20 Aug 2020. The staff at PRP fitted me in for an afternoon appointment but when an earlier one become available, rang me and this one suited. I was treated with care, kindness and respect at all times from the phone calls, to the reception staff and then those who carried out my CT with professionalism and keeping me informed all along the way. I was finished within 20 minutes of arrival. Thank you all so much.

I needed a spine MRI, plus both an x-ray and an ultrasound of one of my knees. My GP wrote a referral for one of the other local radiology clinics, which was only five minutes from home, but they couldn't fit me in at a convenient time for almost a week, which meant that I would have to postpone the follow-up appointment with my GP. As I have quite a bit of pain with my problem, I really didn't want to have to put off seeing my doctor, so I gave PRP Tuggerah a call. I spoke to a couple of the reception ladies who were most helpful, but they wouldn't have been able to get the MRI done in time for my doctor's appointment, so they arranged for me to have all three items done at PRP North Gosford that afternoon, after confirming with me that I would be able to get there in time. Whilst I didn't actually end up having anything done at Tuggerah, the reception ladies there were went out of their way to get me an appointment with another PRP branch, so that all three things could be done within a couple of hours on the same day. They could have easily fobbed me off and told me to ring around other branches myself, but took it upon themselves to help me with getting my scans done, even if not at their branch. I am most grateful for their caring service.

I went in there today was no referral because I left it at work I had the doctor fax it through and the lady at the counter I think her name was Rebecca went out of her way to make sure that she helped me out to ensure that I had my scan. I thought she was awesome .I hope that was her name but a credit to the business.... thank you

Nurse and staff where ok but the organisation is terrible i had to do a ctca scan and they said I will be in next in about 20 min as I sat waiting g they kept puting people in front of me they kept saying one more finally after 4 or 5 in front of me and waiting about anhour plus I got in .they seem to be rushing and trying to fit as much profits as they can ..

I called at 8 am for an urgent ultrasound to check on my baby. They got me in immediately and everyone was so incredibly supportive and professional. The girls at the counter were quick and got me in and out without any issues. Thankyou guys !

Had a great experience here. The MRI technicians were really nice and very professional. I felt safe the whole time despite it being my first time here and having nerves prior to the MRI. The reception staff were also welcoming and the toilets were nice and clean.
