Hands down the most incredible human I have ever worked for. Kathy is compassionate, kind & understanding whilst maintaining fair structure and mutual respect between her and her employees. Working for her feels like home and joining her business has been the best choice I have ever made. Kathy cares about my personal/business/real estate development, as she does with all her employees and wants to see us shine. She is a mentor to us all, yet humble and gracious.
