went there and accidentally bought the wrong thing and ask for a refund the lady was extremely rude. Was my first time going there would definitely never be going back or recommend it to anyone.

I was politely served by a lady whose is Dorothy. She was helpful, professional, knew what she was talking about and at all times polite. Assisted me in the purchasing of a fabulous 70th birthday gift for my wife. I walked out content with a happy smile on my face. Thank you Dorothy. Good old fashioned service.

This team is fantastic and deserves every one of these 5 stars. Great service and very professional staff who know their products.

Any bad review you read on here the people just have nothing better to do with themselves. The workers at this shop are amazing and one's of the nicest in the mall. 10/10 for me

Staff are rude and dont care what they sell u to make there quotas. Sold stuff never told the crystal couldnt get wet or have hairspray near them and it broke. Took it back and got accused of not listening even tho the information was never provided.

I purchased a padlock bracelet for my nieces 13th birthday that had a pink stone in the middle of the love heart padlock. My niece had it on for 2 hours and went to take it off for bed and the stone had been pushed in because the padlock is hollow and not fit for the purpose it is sold. I took it back to the store and was told if I wanted a refund I would have to have it sent away for a jeweler to inspect it and it would take up to 6 to 8 weeks. The very unhelpful sales person also told me that the jewelry is only supposed to be worn when it has to. It had only been worn for 2 hours! Isn’t the whole point of jewelry to be worn. Of course when the report came back from the jeweler it stated that it was my nieces fault and that I would not be given a refund but only an exchange. I wrote to Prouds head office as I was very unhappy with the outcome and it’s been months now and I’ve received no response. I took the matter to Fair Traiding and as I’ve been offered an exchange Prouds have met their obligations under the Australian Consumer Law Act. I have been left with no choice but to pick something of the exact same quality as the faulty item that I spent $100 on. Do not purchase from this store unless you have money just to throw away. After speaking to family and friends multiple people have said they have had the exact same experience.

Terrible customer service, extremely rude staff. Suggest customer service training and learning about the items actually sold by Prouds. Would not recommend this store.

This store doesn't even deserve this one star. Worst team and worst people. They need to be actioned seriously by the regional manager or higher. The staff think themselves as they are manager and don't welcome any new manager from other area. I really had a bad experience working with these all girls. Seriously the management must do something otherwise this store won't have good staff and forget about good serviceThank you

Some staff at the tuggeranong branch are very rude and have less of customer service. One was arguing with me when I addressed her rude behaviour. They should be taught good customer service and how to relate with people.
