Needed a repair done on a small accident and the team were amazing ! So friendly and professional. Such great service and so accomodating. It came out amazing and the car looks brand new.

Agreed to finish painting my car after inspection of the vehicle in October but could not do it before Christmas, which was fine. Contacted after Christmas and basically just fobbed me off with no returned phone calls or Texts. Wasted my time and had to find a reliable and trustworthy panel shop.

Trust the reviews! These guys fixed my car and the customer service was amazing throughout the whole process. They explained everything to me and went above and beyond. They also don't try and overcharge like other places do. Definitely recommend :)

At incredibly short notice they made time to view and buff out some scratches. They made a stressful situation so much better.Absolutely wonderful service

Do NOT go here. I went in last week to get a quote for 2 panels to be resprayed. I personally took the car in straight away as requested so they can look at what needs to be done. They asked for my details so they can e-mail me a quote. I waited all day and called them later that afternoon and the lady said that there was 3 quotes in front of me, so she said it will be tomorrow. The next day i waited until the afternoon and still nothing. I tried to call 3 times and nobody answered. Absolutely pathetic service and business practices. I have taken my car else where for a quote and they replied back within the hour. They seemed like a friendly bunch but don't let that deceive you. I do up to 50 quotes a day and there telling me they can't quote 2 panels to be resprayed within a day. Imagine how long it would take to spray 2 panels then? I just called again this morning and now she said there was 20 quotes in front of me. WHAT A JOKE

First class service. Scratches buffed out while we waited, no charge. Will be taking my car here if needed in future. Highly recommend New Ere Smash Repairs.
