It's the best place ever

I wouldn't even rate then a 1. A mistake on behalf of the designer was made and has been completely swept under the carpet by the general manager Steven! I have tried to get in contact with someone above Steven but it gets sent to him. He will not give me a contact name above himself that I have asked for. Absolutely disgusted with their conductover this matter . Would not recommend at all. All emails regarding a meeting etc has been ignoref

Great service, friendly staff

We recently had a very expensive Outdoor Kitchen made and installed by Moduline Townsville, I cannot Fault the quality of the products received, however i found the customer service was absolutely terrible, we came across a couple of issues that i was not too happy about and Moduline did nothing at all to work with me and discuss these issues, they made no suggestions to try to help at all, all they were concerned about was the CONTRACT" and what we signed for etc.Stone benchtops is nothing like the Colour that i choose in the showroom.And we have a bloody black strip down the front of one of the cupboard doors. right in the middle of the kitchen. Sticks out like nothing. We were supposed to have all drawers down one side

Got quotes from 3 local stores to get our kitchen replaced. We were after a top quality job - 2 pack, stone tops, under bench sink, etc. We also wanted them to coordinate all services and take the hassle out of job for us. All 3 shops quoted similar amounts. In the end it was Moduline’s front line contact that swayed our decision. Georgia came out, listened to what we had to say, provided excellent advice and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. Georgia suggest we sell the old kitchen, this gave us $1,500 we did not expect. We changed our minds a few time, this was no problem. Georgia was the only contact we used, she coordinated everything and kept us informed. Really can’t fault he work and customer service we received. This is the second kitchen moduline has done for us and would recommend them to anyone

I was really fortunate to have worked with the Moduline team in my home for the renovation of my kitchen. They were available, reliable, and able to source trades when others fell through. The interactions from quote to finish was honest and professional.
